New Hampshire Democrats are going all in on court reform!

Ten prominent New Hampshire Democratic politicians, businesspeople, and activists wrote a letter pressuring 2020 presidential candidates to offer concrete plans for reforming and rebalancing the Supreme Court. The letter states that since Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court, Republican state legislatures across the country have been passing anti-abortion legislation in the hope that the Court will take it up and use it to overturn Roe v. Wade. The letter urges Democratic presidential hopefuls to present their own plans to protect women’s rights by reforming the Supreme Court and restoring its legitimacy.
