“After blocking Trump’s attempts to undermine mail-in voting, we know even the corrupt Roberts Court isn’t loyal enough for him. Despite handing him immunity for crimes committed while in office, gutting the Voting Rights Act, and overturning Roe v. Wade, suddenly these radical-right justices are ‘merely a shell of their original selves’ to Trump. Trump isn’t hiding the loyalty test anymore. He’s telling us, over and over, exactly what he wants in a judge: fidelity to him, not the Constitution.
“Every judicial nominee Trump sends to the Senate for the rest of his term is auditioning to prove that same loyalty. Senate Democrats have no business helping to confirm a single one.”
