ICYMI: On Morning Joe, Demand Justice President Josh Orton Unveiled New Report On Trump’s Election-Denying Judges
WASHINGTON, D.C. — This morning, on MS Now’s Morning Joe, Demand Justice President Josh Orton unveiled a new report, which revealed how Trump’s hand-selected judges who refused under oath to admit he lost the 2020 election could now hear potential challenges to the midterm elections.
As the Trump Administration has already begun to challenge the midterm election results in Alaska, Orton described how 53 out of the 60 battleground races in the midterm elections fall under the jurisdiction of at least one judge who engaged in election denial to curry favor with Trump.
“These lawsuits are going to be ridiculous, they’re going to be frivolous, they’re going to be an attempt to distract. What happens when one of those lawsuits lands in front of a judge who threw away all of their credibility, all of their career in order to get appointed by Donald Trump?” Orton said. “We can’t count on the courts to save us this time. We have to vote in such overwhelming numbers that these judges cannot ignore the truth.”
