JUDICIARY ACT UPDATE: REP. JUDY CHU ANNOUNCES SUPPORT
Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA) announced her support for the Judiciary Act of 2021 at a Lobby Day event with Demand Justice and MoveOn volunteers.
Rep. Chu, the lead sponsor of the Women’s Health Protection Act and Chair of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus, is the 11th lawmaker to announce support for the Court expansion bill since the Supreme Court let the Texas abortion ban go into effect. She joins Sen. Smith and Reps. Bass (D-CA), Cohen (D-TN), García (D-IL), Meng (D-NY), Napolitano (D-CA), Payne (D-NJ), Pingree (D-ME), Waters (D-CA), and Wilson (D-FL).
