JUDICIARY ACT UPDATE: CONGRESSMAN SAN NICOLAS JOINS AS 50TH COSPONSOR
The Judiciary Act of 2021, which would add four seats to the Supreme Court, now has 50 cosponsors, as Congressman Michael F. Q. San Nicolas (D-Guam) has signed on.
The House bill is sponsored by Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA), while the Senate companion bill is sponsored by Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) and cosponsored by Sens. Tina Smith (D-MN) and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).
