Judiciary Act Update: Congressional Progressive Caucus Endorses Bill to Add Seats
The Congressional Progressive Caucus, which includes 95 members of the U.S. House of Representatives and one U.S. Senator, has endorsed the Judiciary Act of 2021, which would add four seats to the Supreme Court.
The Judiciary Act currently has 46 co-sponsors in the House, including 40 CPC members, and three in the Senate. Sen. Elizabeth Warren endorsed the bill in December.
