WASHINGTON, DC— A new ad from Demand Justice includes footage of testimony from Rev. Robert Schenck, a longtime anti-abortion activist turned whistleblower who has exposed ethical lapses by Republican-appointed justices on the Supreme Court.
The ad highlights Schenck’s testimony that he worked with wealthy donors to befriend the Republican-appointed justices in hopes of gaining support for hardline anti-abortion opinions. It concludes with Schenck’s assessment that the Supreme Court’s promise to administer equal justice has been compromised.
A narrator says: “the Supreme Court is compromised, and our rights are at risk. It’s time to reform the Court.”
